クレジットカード決済（2年目以降自動継続）

「クレジットカード決済（2年目以降自動継続）」は、カード決済時にカード情報を登録することで、次回以降は指定した課金日に自動的に決済される仕組みです。
決済の都度カード情報の入力が必要となる「クレジットカード決済（1回のみ）」と比べて、2年目以降は自動的に決済されるため手間が減り、支払い漏れの防止になるというメリットがあります。
法人会員マイページではご利用いただけません。
1. 操作手順
支払方法変更を許可しているサイトに限られます。
手順1
[請求/入金情報] 欄に表示された請求の [支払方法] 枠 [支払方法を変更する] をクリックします。
手順2
支払方法を「クレジットカード決済（2年目以降自動継続）」に変更します。
手順3
[操作] 枠の [支払う] をクリックします。
手順4
[請求明細] 画面が表示されます。請求明細をご確認の上、「お支払いに進む」ボタンをクリックします。
手順5
ROBOT PAYMENTシステムのクレジットカード情報入力画面が表示されるので、クレジットカード情報を入力し、[次へ] ボタンをクリックします。
手順6
内容を確認し [決済実行] ボタンをクリックします。
手順7
会員マイページに遷移し、トップページ上部に「オンライン決済を受け付けました。決済完了までしばらくお待ちください。」という文字が表示されます。また、[請求名称・入金状況] ＜未入金＞の下には「決済受付中」が表示されます。 決済完了には数分かかることがあります。画面を更新して [請求/入金情報] 欄の表示が消えたら、[入金済を含む全ての請求を表示する] をクリックします。
手順8
[請求名称・入金状況] の表示が＜入金済み＞に変わり、「自動継続中」と表示されます。
手順9
会員マイページトップへ戻ると、[クレジットカード決済自動継続予定] 欄に今後の自動決済の予定が表示されます。
手順10
御注文メールがROBOT PAYMENTシステムから届きます。
※サイトの設定によってはメールが届かないこともあります。
2. クレジットカード情報を変更する
登録しているクレジットカード情報を変更する場合は、以下の手順で変更します。
手順1
[クレジットカード決済自動継続予定] 欄の [自動課金番号] をコピーして、[操作] 枠にある [クレジットカード情報を変更する] をクリックします。
手順2
情報変更フォームが別タブで表示されます。「自動課金番号」タブの [自動課金番号] に、先ほどコピーした自動課金番号をペーストして [次へ] をクリックします。
※自動課金番号はブラウザの履歴機能により別の文字列が自動入力されている場合があります。コピーした自動課金番号を入力し直してください。
決済番号は正しい値が自動入力されますので変更の必要はありません。
手順3
変更後のカード情報を入力し、[変更] をクリックします。
手順4
「カード情報変更は正常に終了いたしました。」と表示されたら完了です。 タブを閉じてマイページへ戻ります。
3. 自動継続に失敗した場合
[クレジットカード決済自動継続予定] 欄の [状況] 枠には、自動継続中の場合「継続中」と表示されます。
カードの有効期限切れやネット環境等による一時的な通信エラーが原因で自動課金に失敗すると、システムでは7日後に再度自動課金を実施します。 再課金でも失敗した場合はさらに7日後に再度自動課金を実施しますが、3回目の課金でも失敗すると自動継続は停止し、[状況] 枠には「停止」と表示されます。
4. 継続課金を停止する場合
継続課金を停止する場合は、[クレジットカード決済自動継続予定] 欄から支払方法を変更します。
手順1
[クレジットカード決済自動継続予定] 欄の [自動継続を停止する] をクリックします。
手順2
[次回請求時の支払方法変更] 画面で [現在の支払方法] を確認します。
「クレジットカード決済（2年目以降自動継続）」以外が選択されていた場合は手順3に進みます。
「クレジットカード決済（2年目以降自動継続）」が選択されていた場合は手順5に進みます。
※「クレジットカード決済（2年目以降自動継続）」以外が選択されていた場合は手順3と手順4を行わないと停止できませんのでご注意ください。
手順3
「クレジットカード決済（2年目以降自動継続）」を選択し、登録します。
手順4
もう一度 [クレジットカード決済自動継続予定] 欄の [自動継続を停止する] をクリックします。
手順5
「クレジットカード決済（2年目以降自動継続）」以外を選択します。
手順6
[クレジットカード決済自動継続予定] の状況欄が「継続中」から「停止」に変わります。
Credit Card Payment (Auto-renewal)

"Credit Card Payment (Auto-renewal)" : your credit card infromation at the first payment will be automatically registered. The payment will automatically be made by the registered credit card after the second year.
Compared to "Credit card payment (One-off)", which requires you to enter card information each time you make a payment, the payment is automatically made from the second year onward, which reduces the time and effort and prevents payment omissions.
It can't be used on Institutional Member My Page.
1. Operating procedure
Payment method can be changed on only sites that allow.
Step1
Click [Change Payment Method] in [Payment Method] section of the invoice displayed in [Invoice / Payment Info] section.
Step2
Change the payment method to "Credit Card Payment (Auto-renewal)".
Step3
Go to [Pay Now] in [Invoice / Payment Info] section in the [Operation] on the right side of the screen.
Step4
[Invoice Details] page will display. Please confirm your invoice and click [Proceed to the Payment].
Step5
Register your credit card information on ROBOT PAYMENT system.
Step6
Click the [Submit] button on the confirmation screen.
Step7
You will be returned to My Page, and message of "Online payment has been requested. Please wait a while until payment is completed." will be displayed at the top of the page. "The payment accepted" will be displayed under [Description/Status]<Unpaid>.
It may take a few minutes to complete the payment. Please refresh the screen and [Description/Status] field disappears, click [View All Payments].
Step8
The [Description/Status] will change to <Paid> and "Auto-renewal" will be displayed.
Step9
When you returned to My Page, the scheduled payment date and payment amount will be displayed in the [Credit card payment auto-renewal is scheduled] section.
Step10
You will receive an order email from ROBOT PAYMENT system.
* Depending on the site settings, you may not receive the email.
2. Change Credit Card Info
To change your credit card infromation, follow the procedures below.
Step1
Copy the [Automatic Payment Number] in the [Credit card payment auto-renewal is scheduled] section, and click [Change Credit Card Info] in the [Operation].
Step2
The Card Information Change Form will be displayed in a new tab. On the [Automatic payment number] tab, paste the Automatic Payment Number you copied earlier and click [Next].
*There are cases in which auto-generated characters are already entered if autofill is enabled in your browser. Please make sure to copy your [Automatic payment number] and paste it.
The transaction number will be correctly entered by the system.
Step3
Enter the new card information and click [Next].
Step4
When the message "The changes of your information are made successfully." is displayed, the process is complete.
Close the tab and return to My Page.
3. If automatic continuation fails
In the [Status] frame of the [Credit card payment auto-renewal is scheduled] section, "Auto-renewal" is displayed when automatic renewal is in progress.
If automatic billing fails due to the expiration of the card or a temporary communication error due to the internet environment, the system will perform automatic billing again after 7 days.
If the recharge fails, the automatic charge will be applied 7 days later again, but if the second recharge also fails, the automatic continuation will stop and "Auto-renewal suspended" will be displayed in the [Status] frame.
4. Auto-renewal suspended
If you want to suspend the auto-renewal payment, change the payment method from the [Credit card payment auto-renewal is scheduled] section.
Step1
Click [Auto-renewal suspended] in the [Credit card payment auto-renewal is scheduled] section.
Step2
Check your current payment method on [Change Next Payment Method] page.
If the payment method other than "Credit Card Payment (Auto-renewal)" is selected, please go to step3.
If "Credit Card Payment (Auto-renewal)" is selected, please go to step5.
* Please make sure to finish step3 and step4 to suspend Auto-renewal payment if the payment method other than "Credit Card Payment (Auto-renewal)" is selected.
Step3
Select "Credit Card Payment (Auto-renewal)".
Step4
Click [Auto-renewal suspended] in the [Credit card payment auto-renewal is scheduled] section again.
Step5
Select payment method other than "Credit Card Payment (Auto-renewal)".
Step6
The status of the [Credit card payment auto-renewal is scheduled] section will change from"Auto-renewal" to "Auto-renewal suspended".
